We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Executive Director (CAM Licensed) to serve as the chief operating executive of a large, active 55+ condominium community with PGA Golf courses and Tennis Club and extensive amenities. This position requires a visible, decisive leader — not an office administrator. The successful candidate must be fully engaged in daily operations, present throughout the property, and capable of maintaining strong operational and financial control across all departments. Community Scope • 1,902 residential units • 60+ employees • Full maintenance, communications, records, and accounting functions • Executive Director of Golf overseeing golf operations • Restaurant & Security managed by an outsourced company • Tennis, pickleball, and multiple recreational amenities Leadership Expectations • Direct and develop a large, multi-department staff • Maintain operational oversight and accountability across all functions • Exercise strong financial discipline and budget management • Work closely with the Board of Administration in executing policy and strategic direction • Anticipate challenges, resolve complex issues, and ensure smooth daily operations Disclaimer This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
