  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting consultations to understand their event needs, objectives, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas, providing creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event experiences.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering arrangements, and more, to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance to meet client expectations.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, answering inquiries, addressing requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Assist clients in tracking expenses and managing costs effectively to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
  • Gather feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate event success, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements for future events.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality management, or related field, with a strong understanding of event planning principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and event attendees.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality events and exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Momentus) is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field (preferred).
