About The Position

As an Onsite Equipment Reliability Technician, you will combine hands-on repair, proactive maintenance, and customer coaching to deliver reliable performance every day. How you will contribute From first install to lifecycle tune-ups, you will be the face of exceptional service: Perform installations, inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs at customer locations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Test and calibrate systems; source and replace faulty parts to restore operation. Provide on-site customer support tailored to product and line requirements to optimize system performance. Train operators and maintenance staff on correct usage and basic care. Document all work in detailed service reports and internal systems. What you bring Proven diagnostic strength in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read electrical/pneumatic schematics and technical drawings. Resourceful problem solving in real-time at customer sites. Professional communication and a customer satisfaction mindset. Reliable time management, punctuality, and responsiveness. Adaptability to different shifts and evolving schedules. Independent work habits; proficiency with digital tools; understanding of metric measures and tolerancing. Credentials Technical certification or an associate’s degree in electro-mechanical or related field. SAP experience ideal. 5 years in packaging equipment industry. Where you will work Work Environment: Primarily on-site at customer facilities, following plant safety protocols and collaborating both independently and with teams. This is largely an active technical role whereby there may be times where the employee will be required to lift up to 40lbs. Schedule, location, and travel This is a full-time, hourly position based out of the Green Bay, WI office. Expect to be available when service is required and for ongoing training. When not traveling, remain flexible to support customer needs. Travel requirement: approximately 70–80%.
