At TELUS Health, we're reimagining the future of mental health care in the workplace. We're currently seeking compassionate, master's-level clinicians to join our on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team in Las Vegas. In this role, you'll provide direct mental health support to employees working in high-impact roles—specifically content moderators—who regularly encounter sensitive, distressing, or traumatic material as part of their job.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Fully licensed in the state of Nevada preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-master's preferred)
  • Open to associate-level clinicians under supervision, depending on fit
  • Certification in Critical Incident Stress Management or extensive training in conducting group debriefing and defusing support preferred
  • Experience in EAP, crisis intervention, or solution-focused therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver short-term, solution-focused, one-on-one counseling to employees
  • Facilitate group debriefings following high-impact content or events
  • Support and participate in workplace wellness initiatives and prevention activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide referrals when longer-term care is needed
  • Maintain timely and confidential documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Promote resilience, mental wellness, and recovery in the workplace
  • Provide accessible care for employees across shifts—including nights and weekends
  • Help foster a culture of psychological safety through direct support and presence
  • Be part of an innovative program serving critical frontline and community-based employees
