About The Position

The On-Site Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining a seamless process between the On-Site Coordinator and the Hospital. Improve efficiency wherever possible and ensure the On-Site Coordinator is being utilized to the fullest.

Requirements

Ability to type 30 wpm or better
Open availability
Vaccinations up to date
Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Medical background is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in the startup of new onsite locations
Provide training and expectations to current on-site coordinators
Plan scheduled as well as unscheduled visits to monitor the day-to-day functionality of each on-site coordinator, making sure the employee is punctual and meeting Superior uniform guidelines
Ensuring professionalism from employees to hospital staff
Observe the process at each location to help improve efficiencies
Covering PTO to make sure there is always an on-site present
Ensure the on-site is always staying engaged with hospital staff
Ensure the hospital is utilizing the on-site for all their needs as well as arranging all transportation through the on-site
Report any customer issues or concerns to the on-site manager for immediate investigation/resolution
Develop effective solutions for customer service issues
Ensure effective communications, both written and verbal
Provide a daily written summary to the on-site manager consisting of where they visited each day as well as any feedback from the on-site coordinators and/or hospital staff
Establish relationships with hospital staff
Possess critical thinking skills
Shows integrity
Other duties as assigned
