About The Position

Full Time Onsite Compliance Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company. The Onsite Community Standards Inspector conducts property inspections, documents and communicates violations, and helps enforce association guidelines to maintain the neighborhood’s appearance, safety, and value.

Requirements

1 year inspection experience needed
Valid driver's license
Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented
Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required
Effective written and verbal communications
Ability to utilize technology is mandatory

Responsibilities

Driving properties throughout area
Documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood
Use of technology to file reports
Report any suspicious issues that may be witnessed
Plus, other work-related tasks as needed
