Location: San Clemente, CA Position Type: FullâTime (Onsite) Salary Range: $80,000- $88,000 annually (DOE) Department/Job Category: ELVONS Reports To: Executive Director and General Manager Position Summary The Community Operations Manager provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Executive Director and General Manager in the oversight of the Talega Master Association (3,864 homes). This position encompasses governance operations, financial processes, compliance schedules, vendor coordination, association technology systems, and homeowner-facing functions. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong communication, and high accountability. Community Summary Talega is located in the hills above San Clemente, the "Spanish Village by the Sea", on the Southern California Coast, midway between Orange County and San Diego. San Clemente features world-renowned beaches and surfing spots. Talega is a premier master planned community celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2025. The master Association is comprised of 3,864 homes. Talega is surrounded by beautiful mountains, open spaces and has plenty of outdoor trails for residents to explore.
