About The Position
Kensington Ridge, a beautiful Del Webb community designed for active adults in Milford, MI, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional community management and customer service to homeowners, ensuring a vibrant and engaging lifestyle within the community. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships among residents, managing community operations, and maintaining high property standards. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to manage the association's business, ensuring compliance with governing documents and local laws. In this role, you will oversee various community activities and amenities, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, fitness center, and social events. You will be tasked with managing architectural control processes, tracking compliance issues, and communicating effectively with residents regarding community standards. Additionally, you will prepare and conduct board meetings, manage the community budget, and supervise on-site staff.
