Requirements

  • Background in property management, multi-family housing, hospitality, event planning, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) required.
  • Naturally personable - you thrive on building relationships and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
  • Excellent communicator - confident in writing newsletters, engaging with residents, and presenting updates to the Board.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused - skilled at managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable with technology - proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, community portals, and management software preferred.
  • Team-oriented and proactive - ready to take initiative when challenges arise.
  • Flexible availability for occasional emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner requests (email, phone, in-person).
  • Maintain organized records and track resolution of homeowner concerns.
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and preparation of community reports.
  • Coordinate invoices, ensuring accurate coding and forwarding for processing.
  • Support the Budget & Finance Committee with meeting attendance and follow-up tasks.
  • Perform property inspections, document findings, and coordinate maintenance or compliance actions.
  • Draft and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for projects and repairs.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships with homeowners, residents, board members, and team members.
  • Educate the community on policies, rules, and regulations while assisting in enforcement when necessary.
  • Conduct new resident orientations and act as a point of contact for emergencies when designated.
  • Attend board, budget, and finance meetings, assisting with agenda preparation and follow-up items.
  • Oversee special projects and collaborate on long-term community improvement initiatives.
  • Stay proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office; adopt new tools to improve efficiency.
  • Make informed recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth community operations.
