About The Position
The position involves demonstrating supervisory qualities by working cooperatively with management and caregivers. The role includes assisting in planning and organizing resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and processes to achieve Heritage's mission, goals, and objectives, ensuring optimal service provision to customers. Responsibilities also encompass evaluating, planning, and providing nursing care to residents, implementing clinical and technical aspects of care, and maintaining compliance with established policies and government regulations regarding resident care delivery. The position requires administering prescribed medications, providing direct care to residents, completing documentation, and supervising staff attending to resident needs. Additionally, the role involves adhering to safety programs, infection control policies, and reporting to management regarding resident conditions and incidents. The position may also require driving a Heritage vehicle for errands and performing other job-related duties as requested by the Executive Director or designee.
