About The Position

Working as Full-time Onsite Account Representative, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship and will work with the customer's upper management to ensure business success and compliance with any national or local service agreements. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
  • Possess a degree in Business/Marketing OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
  • Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and success in Strategic/Key account or National Account sales
  • Prior vending and implementation experience
  • Knowledge and experience using Timeline software
  • Prior process mapping and DMAIC experience
  • Experience speaking and presenting to groups of people

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with multiple customer contacts and building relationships with upper management
  • Receiving product; inspecting it for quality control, staging, scanning, and packing; and making deliveries
  • Purchasing product, quoting, sourcing, and managing inventory
  • Developing and executing a sales plan to reach and exceed business goals
  • Communicating business statistics & progress toward goals
  • Developing continuous improvement programs
  • Demonstrating and maintaining cost savings programs
  • Creating a unique environment of program offerings
  • Handling day-to-day needs of the customer
