About The Position

Responsible for project management of assigned onshore project(s). Overall responsible for project execution, including assigned project resources. Develop and issue project execution plans for every project. Manage overall project schedule and budget including management reporting. Prepare project status reports addressing schedule, budget, staffing, safety, and open issues. Monitor sub-contractor quality, cost and schedule performance. Manage Project Engineers to review project Specifications, Standards, Drawing Reviews, and coordination with vendors and customers. Monitor and coordinate engineering site visits, and responses to contractor inquiries. Monitor delivery and review of documents, drawings and submittals. Attend job site meetings with contractors, consultants and customers to review and monitor progress on activities. Initial review of vendor and sub-contractor payment applications, validating project progress against approved schedule of values. Evaluate, negotiate, and make recommendations regarding proposed change directives & change orders. Oversee the project HSSEQ program and ensure procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering, design, and construction of onshore facilities and meter stations
  • Project Management Experience in Engineering and/or Construction firm
  • Engineering and design experience with 10+ years working as PM on multiple onshore projects
  • Experience managing multiple individual projects of $5M or greater
  • Experience managing team of project engineers
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and estimating
  • General understanding of HSSEQ programs and requirements
