Only Natural Pet is a leading supplier in the natural pet supplies marketplace. Founded in 2004 in Boulder, Colorado, as an e-commerce business we now make 200 of our own highly popular Only Natural Pet branded products, including food, treats, supplements, and natural flea prevention & treatment - sold both online and in retail stores nationally. Requirements

• 6+ years related experience or equivalent, preferably two years in the pet industry
• Work independently to problem solve and communicate across departments/stores
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Demonstrate ability to develop analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Strategically oversees the entire store operation while being the primary customer facing leader and the primary point of contact related to the business operations.
• Hires, trains and develops all Nutrition Consultants position and ensures daily duties are completed to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensures company in meeting its sustainability at the store, related to the environment, employees, and community - implements YOY improvement in sustainability.
