Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, travel coordination, or customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment using digital tools and platforms
- Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet
- A passion for organization, accuracy, and helping others experience seamless travel
Responsibilities
- Process client reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages using online booking systems
- Review and confirm booking details, ensuring accuracy with travel dates, destinations, and preferences
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding updates, changes, or special requests
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination policies, and system updates
- Collaborate with other team members and travel advisors to ensure a smooth booking experience
- Provide high-level service and professionalism in all client interactions
