As an Online Travel Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to help plan and organize their travel arrangements. You will research travel options, prepare trip details, coordinate bookings, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys helping others plan memorable travel experiences.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and timelines
• Research flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
• Prepare travel options, sample itineraries, and trip details for client review
• Coordinate and manage bookings using approved supplier systems
• Share confirmations, updates, and important travel information with clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all bookings
• Provide support throughout the planning process and prior to client departure
• Stay up to date on travel requirements, policies, and destination-specific updates
