About The Position

We are a professional travel services provider focused on creating seamless, personalized travel experiences for our clients. Our mission is to make travel planning simple, organized, and stress -free while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the journey. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail -oriented Online Travel Coordinator to assist clients with trip planning, booking coordination, and travel -related support. This is a fully remote position. As an Online Travel Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to help plan and organize their travel arrangements. You will research travel options, prepare trip details, coordinate bookings, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys helping others plan memorable travel experiences.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
Comfortable learning and using online booking systems and tools
Customer -focused mindset with a professional and helpful approach
Interest in travel and travel planning

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and timelines
Research flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
Prepare travel options, sample itineraries, and trip details for client review
Coordinate and manage bookings using approved supplier systems
Share confirmations, updates, and important travel information with clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all bookings
Provide support throughout the planning process and prior to client departure
Stay up to date on travel requirements, policies, and destination -specific updates
