Requirements

Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably online.
Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson content.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or higher in Education or a specialized subject.
Experience with specific Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard).
Familiarity with various digital educational tools and resources.
Bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging online lessons, activities, and assessments tailored to student needs.
Provide timely, constructive feedback on student assignments and progress.
Monitor student participation and engagement, proactively addressing any challenges.
Maintain open and consistent communication with students and, where applicable, parents/guardians.
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies effectively.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance online teaching skills.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful virtual classroom environment.
Adhere to company policies and academic standards.
