The primary responsibility of the Reading Response to Intervention (RTI) Teacher is providing targeted support to students struggling with reading skills in a virtual setting. Employing evidence-based literacy intervention strategies, the Reading RTI Teacher aims to enhance students' reading proficiency, comprehension, and overall literacy development. In carrying out their responsibilities, teachers shall follow Baker Charter School's policy, standard practices, and administrative unit regulations. The teacher shall establish a professional growth plan and annually review progress.
