About The Position

The Online Shopper position at Cub Foods Knollwood is a part-time role reporting to the Online Shopper Lead / Head CSM. This role involves making lasting connections with customers, ensuring the quality of produce, meat, and dairy products, accurately shopping customer orders, and delivering them to cars. The successful candidate will also contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements

Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs frequently
Ability to push/pull up to 20 force lbs. frequently
Ability to reach, stand, and turn frequently
Ability to operate scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine frequently
Ability for judgement/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing and math frequently
Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to squat, stoop/bending, and walk occasionally
Ability to operate calculator occasionally
Ability to work with extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces occasionally

Responsibilities

Make lasting connections with our customers
Ensure customers get the best produce, meat and dairy products available
Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
Help maintain a clean and safe store
Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled
