About The Position

The Online Sales Specialist position in Brentwood, TN, is focused on providing exceptional customer service to both consumers and realtors. The role involves responding to leads through various communication channels, providing marketing materials, and qualifying leads to determine the best community and floor plan fit. The specialist will also maintain relationships with realtor partners and follow up with online leads to set appointments with onsite sales counselors. Additionally, the position requires leveraging various technical platforms for lead management and reporting metrics related to lead activity, appointments, sales, and closings.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Real Estate License as required by local/state requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
  • Proven email and phone communication skills.
  • Sales contact/lead management database experience.
  • Experience in new home construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all email, phone, and text leads with expediency while remaining customer-focused and personable.
  • Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with important selling points of each community.
  • Qualify each lead based on stated needs and determine the best community and/or floor plan fit.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting appointments with Onsite Sales Counselors.
  • Maintain relationships with realtor partners through monthly follow-up.
  • Utilize multiple lead management software systems daily.
  • Track and report relevant lead activity as it relates to appointments, sales, and closings.
  • Provide additional communication to leadership as the voice of the customer for trends, requests, and response to marketing.
