About The Position

The Online Sales Concierge at D.R. Horton, Inc. is responsible for converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. This role involves managing incoming leads, ensuring a positive customer experience, and coordinating with onsite sales representatives to facilitate appointments. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze sales and marketing data to drive performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; one to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH applications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email.
  • Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and peripheral vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced companies.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all potential customers through online, live chat, or phone interactions.
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database.
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become sales opportunities.
  • Produce monthly sales and marketing reports including Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis.
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, sources, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of communities, products, plans, and amenities.
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail.
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients.
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
  • Ability to work overtime.
