The Online & Partnership Sales Representative is a high-impact, revenue-generating sales role focused on driving measurable growth across both B2C and B2B channels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role owns appointment-based online bridal sales on the David’s Bridal eCommerce platform while actively selling Wedding Pro and vendor partnerships through Pearl by David’s. This position is designed for a confident closer who thrives on goals, metrics, and results. Success in this role requires strong CRM expertise, disciplined KPI tracking, and the ability to move quickly from discovery to close across multiple sales motions. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly accountable, and energized by exceeding targets. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence, travel, and the ability to flex into expanded B2B sales opportunities as the business scales.
