About The Position

The Online Recruitment Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Enrollment Coach Team. This position reports to the Director of Online Student Recruitment, works closely with recruitment and retention team leadership, marketing managers, salesforce administrators, and LSU departments and staff. The position must be able to establish goals, manage team metrics and expectations through Salesforce reports and dashboards, and is accountable for ensuring individual team performance is being met term over term.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in sales, recruitment or higher education.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Lead or management experience working with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Enrollment Coaches.
• In coordination with the Director, will set performance goals, benchmarks, and expectations for the team.
• Ensure high team performance, provide support and resources to help meet enrollment goals, and work to resolve issues or concerns that may arise within the team.
• Utilize technology to track team metrics and goals to report back to the Director.
• Conduct team meetings, identify process bottlenecks to improve procedures and workflows, act as a liaison between recruitment team and various areas of Online and Continuing Education.
• Responsible for providing training in processes and systems such as our CRM, SIS, and other systems used by the team.
• Update and maintain training for new hires coming on board.
• Provide continuous coaching and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team.
• Work in collaboration with Online and Continuing Education's IT team to help improve and build out a successful technology infrastructure.
• Other duties may be assigned.
