About This Internship Arch’s internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides challenging learning experiences that serve as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field, participate in learning activities and receive ongoing feedback. About This Role Support the team to develop and maintain customer-facing digital platforms applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android). Deliver seamless access to services and information through intuitive and high-performing digital experiences. Support front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Java, Azure, and SQL databases. Design user interfaces using Angular and standard web technologies. Develop backend services using Java, integrated with Azure infrastructure and SQL databases. Partner with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and Digital Product Managers (DPMs) to define and refine business requirements. Complete coding, testing and deploying web UIs, microservices and scripting CI pipelines. Work with Spring Boot Java UI, Angular, Spring boot services, AWS Lambda, CI pipeline scripting. Development methodology involves paired programming with other developers. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile execution.
