Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce merchandising, online retail, or digital product content.
  • A customer-obsessed approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Sharp eye for detail in product content, imagery, and copy.
  • Affinity with data and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong collaboration skills—you love working cross-functionally.
  • Hands-on mentality: you own your domain and keep improving it.

Responsibilities

  • Own online product merchandising to boost discovery, conversion, cross-category growth, and AOV.
  • Ensure PDPs are complete, accurate, visually compelling, and SEO‑optimized—including copy, images, sizing info, and “complete the look” recommendations.
  • Manage go‑live timing so all products are online, correct, and campaign‑ready.
  • Optimize PLP sorting, cross-sell modules, and recommenders using data insights.
  • Analyze customer cases, returns, reviews, and webshop insights to continuously improve product presentation.
  • Update sets, gift pages, and categories to maximize inspiration and sales.
  • Secure correct sustainability and technical product information in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into improved online merchandising
  • Drive operational excellence by contributing to process improvements and experimentation.
