About The Position

The Online Marketing intern will work directly with the Performance Marketing team to help with email marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and consumer insights. Internship Details Shadow performance marketing team throughout strategy development for digital channels including email and paid marketing (Search, Social, Affiliate, Display) Perform in-depth competitive analyses to support marketing recommendations across both email and paid channels Support the team on developing performance reporting to prove out digital marketing efforts Attend Marketing team and cross-functional team meetings to experience and participate in marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution Compile research around industry trends relating to fashion/retail, marketing, and influencers Assist the consumer insights team in customer research and reporting

Requirements

  • Authentic, curious and passionate
  • Enrolled in an accredited degree program preferably Marketing oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A strong communicator (both verbal and written communication)
  • Detail-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Able to think strategically, conceptually and creatively
  • Interested in fashion, retail, and/or marketing
  • Junior or senior (Class of 2026 and 2027)
  • Resume and portfolio (portfolios only needed for Design Applications)
  • Available June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Responsibilities
