We are currently seeking an Online Marketing Associate who has experience doing Content Digital Marketing / Digital Advertising / SEO at our corporate office in Irvine, CA. The selected candidate will be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company, and have experience managing marketing programs across multiple offices or on a national scale, and take charge of marketing disciplines including: • Public Relations • Advertising • Marketing and Measurement Analysis • Corporate Branding • Online Marketing • Market Research

Requirements

• Strong Leadership ability and willingness to drive processes from within the organization.
• Interest/background in the non-profit and/or ministry vertical helpful
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills
• An eye for trends and new media waves
• Strong judgment, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ambition and drive to succeed
• Camera presence for live webinars
• 1-3 years’ experience working in e-marketing/agency marketing position
• 1-2 years, hands-on experience with managing campaigns across multiple online channels
• Experience writing for PR (Press Releases, Email Blasts, Collateral, etc…)

Responsibilities

• Write internal and external communication pieces – often in the form of newsletters, press releases, email blasts, blog posts, articles, etc.
• Write SEO articles and new whitepapers
• Write email blast copy
• Create PowerPoint presentations for clients as well as Trinet.
• Manage client as well as Trinet social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Conduct webinars for clients and Trinet
• Write digital strategy reports and recommendations for clients
• Manage and optimize ongoing client digital advertising campaigns on Facebook / Instagram/ Youtube / Linkedin
• You will collaborate with fellow employees on projects – you will most often work with marketing, sales and project management
• Involvement in the ideation / concept development process for Trinet marketing projects and client projects and initiatives
• Oversee our marketing intern program and train/schedule interns
• Update marketing case studies, PowerPoints, and Trinet's online portfolio
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage the logistics of various events throughout the year
