About The Position
As an Online Grocery Pickup Associate at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders by reviewing and processing online grocery requests. Your primary responsibilities will include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to customer pickup, which involves making appropriate product substitutions when necessary and consulting with customers to address any concerns or preferences they may have. Additionally, you will follow up on any out-of-stock merchandise to keep customers informed and satisfied with their shopping experience. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, as you will be the face of Walmart's online grocery service during the pickup process. The role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, allowing for flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various needs, including weekend shifts.
