About The Position

As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, you will be responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner, ensuring attention to freshness and quality. You will assemble customers' orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into cars when customers arrive for pick-up. Your role will also involve providing a positive customer service experience that encourages customers to return to online shopping. You will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently.
• Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers' orders at pick-up.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, and item locations.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards and customer expectations.
