About The Position

The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for efficiently selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders while ensuring freshness and quality. This role involves assembling orders, processing payments, and providing a positive customer service experience during order pick-up. The position emphasizes adherence to company values and food safety procedures, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers' orders at the time of pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, and item locations to the store e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items needing repair.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
