About The Position
As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk at Quality Food Centers (QFC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their online grocery orders in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibility will be to select and gather products for customers' online orders, paying close attention to the freshness and quality of the items. You will assemble these orders, process any applicable coupons and payments, and deliver the completed orders to customers' vehicles when they arrive for pick-up. This position requires a strong commitment to providing a positive customer service experience, which is essential for encouraging repeat business in online shopping. In addition to order assembly, you will be responsible for scanning and bagging items while adhering to the company's bagging standards. You will also communicate any substitutions or exceptions regarding customers' orders at the time of pick-up, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with their purchases. Your role will involve working closely with the E-Commerce team to meet and exceed customer expectations regarding ease of shopping, product variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
