About The Position

We are hiring an Online Estonian Teacher to provide customized online lessons to our clients. What We Offer You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher. Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly. C193225 Position Details Availability: Wednesday evening, Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon Preferred start date: January 17, 2026. Lesson Frequency: 3 lessons per week. Lesson Duration: 1 hour. Location/time zone: Tallinn, Estonia; UTC +02:00 Preferred platform: Any Current target language level: Complete beginner Native and other spoken languages: Native Bulgarian, advanced English Language needs and goals: Build confidence using everyday Estonian for daily life after relocation, including common phrases, polite communication, and conversations with native speakers; develop job-related vocabulary, giving feedback, sharing opinions, and basic presentations; learn efficiently and potentially prepare for a language exam in the future. Learning preferences: Conversation-focused, practical lessons with role-plays and real-life scenarios; structured lessons with clear goals and progression; short targeted grammar explanations; consistent small homework (15–30 minutes per day); regular correction and pronunciation support; prefers practical structure over grammar-heavy lessons. Interests: Technology and AI, 3D graphics and animation, game and film production, software tools, creative work, cars and driving, games, fitness, music, movies and series, travel, and exploring new places and food.
Requirements
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
- To have a minimum of two years of experience teaching Estonian
