We provide an array of services to ease the stressful transitions seniors face when they are downsizing from their homes. As a full-turnkey company, we provide professional relocation, liquidation services, and clean-out services. We are seeking "Online Estate Sale Team Members" for our location in Sugar Land, Texas. Technical ability to work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing
Excellent communication skills and written skills
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability - including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s License
Smart phone access
Must pass background check

Responsibilities

Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team!
Photographing items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions
Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
Assisting in household sorting and organizing
Preparing homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs
Serving as staff for our online auction pickups
