Training is provided on travel services, messaging standards, and digital engagement best practices. As interest develops through online engagement, this role includes ongoing communication with clients who request planning assistance. You will help answer questions, collect basic trip preferences, and support the planning process using established tools and workflows. The ideal candidate enjoys online communication, content creation, and helping others feel informed and confident in their decisions.
