About The Position

As an Online Customer Support Processor, you will be responsible for the timely processing of incoming online finance applications. This role involves the funding and verification process of the contracts received, ensuring that customers receive superior service throughout their experience. You will handle various communication channels including telephone calls, online chat, and email, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Your attention to detail will be crucial in reviewing online loan documentation for accuracy and completeness, and you will reach out to customers for any additional documents required. Additionally, you will play a role in fraud prevention and income verification by reviewing online loan applications. You will also assist applicants who have abandoned their online applications, helping them to finalize the process. Monitoring changes and improvements to the loan origination system will be part of your responsibilities, as well as collaborating with your team to report system bugs and suggest enhancements. Depending on market demand and staffing, you may perform additional functions to ensure consistent quality customer service.
