Working with our seasoned team, you will handle customer orders and be the main point of contact for all customer questions.

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service Experience & Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to partner with internal teams to resolve issues
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Some exposure to forecasting is preferred
