Starting with a few agents who have a strong passion for real estate & mortgage careers, Pacificwide is currently on good momentum to grow with nearly 50 elite agents. We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our growing virtual support team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for online visitors, providing real-time assistance, answering inquiries, and guiding potential clients through our real estate services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong understanding of real estate processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and chat tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming live chat messages.
  • Stay updated on current listings, market trends, and company.
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot common problems and guide customers through solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors when needed.
  • Multitask by managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company's CRM or ticketing system.
  • Follow up on chats via email or other channels if required.
  • Uphold company standards for response time, tone, and accuracy.
