We are currently looking for an Online Banking Specialist II to work Monday - Friday 8:30 am -5:30 pm at our Branch located at 2605 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT. This Online Banking Specialist II is responsible for the setup and support of clients online banking products and all other Treasury Management products and processes. Responsible for processing payments including bill pay, remote deposit, wires, and ACH. Provide excellent client service to internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum 2 years of comparable experience.
  • Must have excellent phone client service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly on phone and in writing.
  • Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.
  • Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and timely.
  • Perform wire related research requests as needed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
  • Maintain and monitor online banking relationships including documentation, compliance, and the electronic storage of applicable documents.
  • Review and process online banking originated transactions including ACH, remote deposit capture, Zelle and bill payments.
  • Provide online banking technical and product support for both business and retail clients.
  • Answer inbound online banking and client service calls.
  • Works well under pressure with the ability to remain calm and courteous when handling complex calls and requests.
  • Must be able to work with a team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
