Redwood Strategy Group is seeking professionals at all levels with expertise in OneStream Planning & Analytics and the Department of Defense (DoD) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. These positions will support USSOCOM in providing financial planning, analysis, and program execution aligned with mission objectives. Candidates will bring hands-on experience with OneStream implementations, financial system integration, and PPBE processes, and will apply their skills to enhance resource planning and decision-making in a dynamic SOCOM environment. Prior experience supporting USSOCOM is highly desirable. Our client is a specialized management consulting firm that engages experienced professionals and consultants to support the federal government with strategic project execution, financial process optimization, advanced IT solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. Through innovative transformations, they develop and implement strategies to optimize operations for military departments and agencies across the U.S. Federal Government. What You Will Do As a OneStream / PPBE Analyst, you will support the USSOCOM Resource Management System (RMS) and assist stakeholders in leveraging OneStream capabilities for efficient resource allocation, planning, and reporting. You will contribute to optimizing financial planning processes, maintaining system data integrity, and providing analytic support to enable sound resourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline, or 8 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• Experience with DoD or USSOCOM PPBE process.
• Recent and relevant experience (2-3 years) with OneStream Commercial off the shelf Planning and Analytics implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting USSOCOM programs or missions.
• Familiarity with DoD enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills with ability to brief senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in the DoD/USSOCOM PPBE process, including budget formulation, justification, and execution.
• Implement, configure, and optimize OneStream Commercial Off-the-Shelf Planning and Analytics solutions. Support integration of OneStream with Microsoft SQL Server and related data environments.
• Assist with development and delivery of system training, user documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to support resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain business rules, reports, and dashboards in OneStream to align with USSOCOM requirements.
• Coordinate across functional and technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent system or process issues.
• Support stakeholder engagements, technical working groups, and program reviews.
• Contribute to the development of financial models, documentation, and briefings.
