Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team as a SR OneTrust/Data Privacy Consultant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Privacy Functional Data Privacy Assessment, Data Privacy Foundation, and OneTrust. Experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift with no travel requirements.

Lead the design and implementation of data privacy solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee the assessment of data privacy risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide expertise in Data Privacy Functional Data Privacy Assessment and Data Privacy Foundation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data privacy solutions into existing systems.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with data privacy regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data privacy policies and procedures.
Support the implementation and management of OneTrust for data privacy management.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data privacy needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure that data privacy solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to team members on data privacy best practices.
Monitor industry trends and updates in data privacy regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to address data privacy concerns and incidents.
Contribute to the development of a data privacy culture within the organization.

Possess strong expertise in Data Privacy Functional Data Privacy Assessment and Data Privacy Foundation.
Have experience with OneTrust for data privacy management.
Demonstrate knowledge of Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating data privacy risks.
Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
