About The Position
The One-Stop System Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the service-delivery system for the local workforce area under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). This role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination and integration of partner programs and services for jobseekers and businesses, while directly overseeing operations at the workNet Batavia Center and other community-based sites.
