This position supports the One Stop team within the Enrollment Management division. The OneStop Student Representatives will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests at the One Stop welcome desk on the 3rd Floor of the Bill Daniel Student Center. In addition to ensuring guests are properly checked-in and assisted by a professional staff member, this person will be responsible for filing paperwork, reviewing received office mail, responding to Student Account and Financial Aid inquiries via email, and answering general phone calls regarding Financial Aid and Student Accounts. This position will also be responsible for completing other duties and tasks as assigned to assist the Baylor One Stop and Enrollment Management team. Applicants must be punctual, professional, responsible, and able to handle and complete work on an independent basis. This will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives and experiences of your fellow students. In addition to helping them choose and afford college, you will have the opportunity to represent Baylor, earn valuable professional experience, and learn to understand what it means to value and serve those around you.
