The OneSource Asset Specialist is responsible for lab equipment inventory. Also, must have a valid driver's license. While performing the duties of this position you must always maintain safe motor vehicle operation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Asset Management which includes service support.
  • Follow detailed processes to add, update and remove customer equipment from asset tracking software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer requests.
  • Act as the point of contact for NE region OneSource Support.
  • Conduct RFID Scanning Quarterly Per Site.
  • Perform post-scan data clean up.
  • Expedite moves and installs with local moving company.
  • Physically verify any changes/corrections.
  • Consult with customer and PE Procurement when necessary.
  • Update PE OneSource.
  • Work with customer and site-based personnel to ensure correct instrument entitlements and financial impact.
  • Perform GEMBA to verify requirements for incoming equipment.
  • Collaborate with employee health and safety to maintain a high level of safety.
  • Work with onsite LIS team to schedule repairs and regular equipment maintenance.
  • Identify activities for additional services to develop customer desired growth.
  • Perform annual inventories at specified sites.
  • Manage the Equipment Disposition Program including surplus sales and disposals.
  • Provide timely information to update the SAP database due to instrument inventory changes.
  • Work with Asset Management Lead and Vendors for asset dispositions.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation range of $48,360 to $72,280.
