The OneSite Software Support Coordinator is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to OneSite/RealPage software. This role involves responding to queries, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions. The coordinator will provide help desk support for incoming queries by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting systems problems, and following up with end users to ensure satisfaction and/or resolution of systems-related issues. The position requires prior experience with OneSite software.

  • Provides help desk support for incoming queries by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions.
  • Researches and corrects systems problems, following up with end users to ensure satisfaction.
  • Responds to queries through internal helpdesk system, email, phone, or in person as needed.
  • Collaborates with Accounting, Operations, and Training departments to ensure successful support of software systems.
  • Provides customer service by guiding customers through the problem-solving process and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Gains feedback from customers about software systems.
  • Assists software training team with training manuals, examples, or job aids as needed.
  • Assists on take-over and transition teams for newly-acquired properties by setting up new users for systems access.
  • Provides client and customer service by providing reports, demonstrating systems software, and participating in client/owner presentations as needed.
  • Works with third-party vendors, contractors, and other business partners to support training or system maintenance needs.
  • Prior experience with OneSite software is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database management programs.
  • Proficiency in property management software (OneSite/RealPage) and other computer applications.
  • Employment history demonstrating application and usage of an information systems or computer background.
  • Proficiency in project management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in apartment community operation.
  • College degree in information systems, education/training, or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
