One Piece Operator I (3rd Shift - Regular)

About The Position

The One Piece Card Operator will report to the shift Production Supervisor and will set up and run a One-Piece machine. The One Piece Card Operator will identify, troubleshoot, and correct machine-related problems by adjusting various settings or parts of the machine. High School Diploma / GED

Machine Operation Experience

Responsibilities

Ensure the correct product is running (stock card, custom card, correct blister).
Ensure the correct boxes and item box labels are being used.
Complete appropriate documentation (QC check sheet, daily time sheet).
Visually inspect materials before running on machine.
Basic machine operation to include set up, clean up, inspection, troubleshooting and decision making.
Start machines and notify supervisor to adjust machine settings for optimum performance.
Observe operation of machine to detect and correct machine malfunctions such as forming and appropriate seal.
Inspect ongoing workflow to detect defects and verify conformance to work orders and adjust machinery as necessary to correct production problems.
Move finished goods to release area.
Support Corporate Programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, and GMP.
