About The Position

The Oncology Service Line Director at Beaufort Memorial Hospital is a high-visibility role responsible for developing strategic and business planning initiatives within the oncology service line. This position involves formulating budgets to ensure profitability, supporting marketing efforts, and monitoring oncology outcome data while growing the service line and developing new products. The director will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate clinical discipline or Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare specialization.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Superior knowledge of the oncology care process and continuum of care.
• Solid record of at least three (3) years of relevant management/leadership responsibility in a progressive healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and business planning initiatives for the oncology service line.
• Formulate budgets to ensure appropriate profitability and revenue maximization.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts for the oncology service line.
• Monitor all oncology outcome data to assess performance and quality of care.
• Grow the oncology service line and develop new products.
