Requirements
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Program. Required
- Completion of either the ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy or an equivalent hospital based chemotherapy/biotherapy course and OCN certification. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- 2 years RN experience. Required
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
- BI-annual CPR certification. Required
