Oncology Nursing Assistant PRN Dayshift
About The Position
Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Nursing Assistant for its Oncology Unit. This role functions as an on-shift team member under general supervision and the direction of a nurse, providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. The Oncology Unit, also known as 2A, is a 10-bed unit that provides care to Chemotherapy, Cancer Support, Hospice, Telemetry, and Post-Op patients. Nurses on this unit have the opportunity to build their skill set in a med/surg atmosphere while also developing specialty skills related to chemotherapy and oncology care.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- High school diploma/equivalent
