About The Position

This is an immediate opportunity for a Medical Assistant to work with one of the largest oncology centers in the area. The position is full-time with room for advancement. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM and Friday from 7:45 AM to 12 PM. The role offers a starting pay of $21 per hour and is located in Marlton, NJ. Candidates can start immediately.

Requirements

• 1 year of medical assistant experience
• Experience handling patient triage/vital signs/injections
• Experience working with EMR systems
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between physicians and patients
• Conduct patient triage
• Document in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
• Assist with patient scheduling as needed
• Conduct care plan/treatment plan tracking
• Manage/maintain equipment and supply inventory
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor or direct management
