HCA Florida JFK Hospital, a 516-bed acute care facility, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Urologist with strong proficiency in general urology and advanced training or experience in urologic oncology to join our distinguished medical staff in Palm Beach County. This position represents a founding opportunity to establish and lead the hospital’s first comprehensive, oncology-focused urology program within our Comprehensive Cancer Center. The selected physician will provide a full spectrum of general and oncologic urology services while helping to shape the long-term direction of an integrated urologic oncology service line in partnership with our established oncology, radiation therapy, and surgical programs.

  • Provide comprehensive general urology services, including diagnosis and management of BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and urinary tract disorders.
  • Perform a wide range of oncologic urologic surgeries, including prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular, adrenal, and other reproductive system malignancies.
  • In partnership with radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists, deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary cancer care.
  • Access to multiple daVinci Xi and DV5 platforms for advanced minimally invasive and robotic procedures.
  • Collaborate with a robust team of medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, clinical research initiatives, and cancer center program development.
  • Serve as the founding member of a larger, strategically planned group designed to evolve into a regional center of excellence in urologic oncology.
  • Opportunity for leadership in program design, physician recruitment, and quality initiatives.
  • Participate in Graduate Medical Education (GME) by teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
  • Supported by dedicated oncology nurse navigators and a strong administrative infrastructure.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology (ABU).
  • Fellowship training or advanced experience in Urologic Oncology preferred, though strong general urologists with oncologic surgical expertise will be considered.
  • Proficiency in robotic and minimally invasive surgery required.
  • Strong commitment to multidisciplinary cancer care and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
